Bleached shorts

The picture has all the instructions but I'll type them out if you can't read them good.

Materials:

  • Rubber-bands
  • Old Shorts
  • Container of 1 part bleach + 1 part water
  • Gloves
  • Something to keep them submerged withing the bleach water.

  1. Get a pair of shorts that are old, go to a thrift store and pick up a pair of shorts there, since their old and used and you won't ruin a good pair of shorts. These could be practice "bleach shorts"
  2. Wrap rubber-bands around the sections of the outer and inner edges.
  3. Bunch up the shorts with more rubber-bands, it doesn't matter how you do it and how many rubber bands you use.
  4. You need a container with 1 part bleach & 1 part water.
  5. Submerge the shorts in the bleach water and make sure they don't float, place something on top of the,
  6. Wait about 20 mins or until desire color then rinse off the remaining bleach water (making sure you have gloves on, because the bleach water can still irritate your skin. ) ring them out and then rinse off again.
  7. Next I would wash them with old towels before wearing them, so that if there is any remaining bleach water it does not ruin your good clothes.
